RAICHUR: A state-level rally by DSS has been organised on Saturday in Bangalore and lakhs of dalits are expected to participate in it, said DSS state unit organiser M. Jayanna here.

Talking to reporters here he said that BSP leaders Kanshi Ram and Mayavati will also participate in the rally. All the DSS units in the state will urge President K.R. Narayanan to order a judicial inquiry into the Kambalapalli incident where seven dalits were killed and confiscate the properties of the accused.

Srishar Kaliveer, said on Saturday that DSS will administer oath to dalits that they will not vote for forward castes in the interests of the community.
